Hello! The EV5 I'm introducing today is Kia's first dedicated electric vehicle produced locally for the Chinese market. This model is the production model of the 'Concept EV5' unveiled at the 'China Kia EV Day' held in Shanghai in March, and is scheduled to begin production in November of this year. The swiveling seats help facilitate conversation or rest among passengers, and the sliding console increases space utilization. In addition, the trunk space allows for the use of tables and decks, and the wrap-around design mood lamp gently embraces passengers. The EV5 was developed based on the E-GMP platform designed exclusively for electric vehicles.
